End to End Enterprise Monitoring and Visibility with Digital Experience Insights (DXI) Open source-based  platform covering end to end visibility of all Infra alerts and trends, together with mobile experience and on-demand system level patching status allowing data to be integrated and presented to high level novices in a simple, meaningful way.

Bluefeat is an AutoML library written in Scala that runs on top of Apache Spark. It was developed with a focus on enhancing machine learning developer productivity through machine learning automation, and an API that enforces compile-time type-safety, modularity and reuse. 

Contact Cost was an application of machine learning and analytics to assess the efficacy of Care Management initiatives at Blue Cross NC. The models that were used in this assessment were the CarePath – Cost Prediction model and a Dynamic PMPM Model. The outputs of these models were then visualized by aggregated cost categories to determine if our Care Management programs are reducing cost on the business.

BX Match App, a “dating app meets career growth” tool, turns Blue Xchange applicant data from Workday into a profile that can be edited with a picture, division, tenure, an “About Me” section, goals, skills, personality type, and LinkedIn link. The app automates mentee/mentor matching to ensure optimal connections that save time, money, and resources.

Since March 2020, employees were required to work remotely, which resulted in loss of informal conversations. Cocoon is a Teams app which allows employees to have spontaneous, informal conversations with colleagues. We believe this tool will benefit all of us, as informal conversations enable great interpersonal relationships and increase employee engagement.

Wishes is a Google-like search which empowers employees to find business answers and information regardless of where it lives. Subject-matter experts will also contribute crowdsourced domain knowledge to a searchable hivemind.
