• Equitable Design Practices for Healthcare Teams

In this session, attendees will learn about the need to value lived experiences from marginalized communities when building teams along with potential pitfalls and lost opportunities of product design without understanding historical/social context and intentional inclusivity. By demonstrating how solutions can be found through equitable design practices and improved representation, the mental transformation from DEI in theory to DEI in practice may be made.
